Our rates are based on the size of your home, and the amount of extra service you select in the package. Get the prices by selecting the number of bedrooms, number of bathrooms and then just select the package of your interest along with its extras.

The first time you use our services it is best that you are at home to receive the cleaner. Show the cleaner house to the and at the end be present to see the results.

If you’re a regular cleaning customer, don’t forget to add notes on how to access the house. If we are unable to access the property, you will be charged.

We require our first-time customers to be at home when they use our services to avoid dissatisfaction. In fact, being there at the end of work, we make sure you enjoy the work before we leave the house.

Now, if you notice anything after the cleaner comes out, you have 24 hours to contact us and we will resend the same cleaner to finish.

We already pay our janitors very well. Cleaning the house is a tough job, if you think they’ve gone above and beyond feel free to tip your cleaner. You can give money directly to the cleaners, add it to your account or call us. 100% of the tip will go to the cleaner.

There is no need for you to supply cleaning supplies, our cleaning products will come with all supplies and equipment. They work every day with supplies they know. If you prefer green supplies, let us know.

Now, if there’s a specific product you want them to use, just give it to them and tell the cleaner how to use it. Make sure and be informed about how to use, our cleaners are not responsible if any damage occurs during the use of your product.

You should never hire any service from a company or person that is not certified and secure.

Scheduling a service is very easy. Click on the Budget Button in the Menu above and fill in the form choosing the service and day to be performed. Once sent, we will return the contact scheduling your service.

Yes! We absolutely love our guests’ pets!

If your pet is friendly and safe, we don’t mind working around them. We ask that you let us know in advance if pets will be present, both for our safety and theirs.

Most of our customers keep their pets in a crate or separate room while their home is being cleaned. This practice allows our cleaning crews to move faster and without distractions, as well as providing you with a better cleaning service.

Cleaning time depends on the number of rooms that need cleaning. For 1 bedroom, estimated time is 1-2 hours, which increases to 2-3 hours for 2.
